Choose from a la carte modules in communication, workplace conflict management, de-escalation, and community peacemaking.  Take a foundational, stand-alone, course remotely to earn CEUs or increase your influence and career potential.

Certification Path

Add to the foundational courses on the Certification Path. Earn a Certification of Completion in one or all of the following conflict resolution techniques.

♦ Civil Mediation for multi-party disputes per MCR 2.411.
♦ Restorative Practices Facilitation, for groups and community disputes. 

Masterclass: Train the Trainer

SEDRS ELA offers an expert course for practitioners who are able to demonstrate advanced level facilitation competencies through work history and professional recommendations. SEDRS ELA will provide training and materials to deliver our robust De-Escalation training to communities and municipalities. 

What do you get?

Interactive video

Synchronous courses are taught via the Zoom platform, with a live instructor and interactive participation. Some a la carte modules are available via asynchronous videos with accompanying competency quizzes.

Text material

No buying expensive course books! All written materials are provided in the cost of the course. Our proprietary manuals and training materials have been developed by our expert instructors and certified and/or endorsed by State and National certification bodies.

Assessments 

Participants in asynchronous modules will be accompanied by competency quizzes and confirmation of completion for CEUs. Participants in synchronous courses will receive real-time feedback and receive a written competency evaluation by the instructor.

Certificate awards

Certificate Path students can receive Certification of Completion in Conflict Coaching, Mediation, or Restorative Practices.
