Constructive Communication

This module will teach the basics of utilizing alternative dispute resolution skills to constructively communicate at all times, and is highly beneficial when dealing with difficult people or during difficult situations. The skills learned in this training are completely transferable to any personal or professional engagement and builds the foundation for continuing success in communicating effectively and constructively.
